How will I know if there is a job opening?

We regularly update our website to reflect current staffing needs so would recommend that you check our website frequently, as available positions may change.

I do not have an e-mail address. Is one required to apply for jobs online?

Yes, an e-mail is required to apply online, and we may also use that as a means to contact you or secure additional information if needed. If you do not have one, we would recommend that you look online as there are plenty of free email providers through which you may set up an account.

I do not have a resume. Is one required?

Yes, a current resume is required to apply for all positions with 1-800-PetMeds.

Who should I contact regarding the status of my submission?

Once your resume is received, you will receive an e-mail response to confirm that we have been notified of your interest. If it is determined that your experience and qualifications meet our needs, Human Resources will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss your skills in detail. Historically we have received a very large number of resumes from candidates interested in joining our team, and our efforts are focused on recruiting the most qualified candidates. For this reason, we ask that you refrain from calling for a status update as this takes us away from our primary goal of recruiting.

My telephone number and address has changed. How can I update it?

Please send an email to CSJOBS@1800petmeds.com with your full name, the position for which you had previously applied, and the corrected information. Please do not resubmit your complete resume.

I am interested in working for 1-800-PetMeds, but outside of the state of Florida. Are any out of state opportunities available?

1-800-PetMeds is located in Pompano Beach, FL. At this time, we have no out-of-state or “work from home” opportunities.
