Customer Care

Our Customer Care Department is committed to providing our customers with accurate product information and competitive pricing to assist with the care of their pets. In many instances, this is where our first opportunity for “exceptional service” begins, so we take advantage of the opportunity from the start. Our representatives are well-versed about our business and product line. They are also very friendly and helpful and take the time to get to know our customers and their pets! We treat each customer as if he or she is our only customer, and ensure that our commitment to exceptional service is not only met, but exceeded.

Our Customer Care Department is open 7 days/week as follows:

  • Monday through Thursday; 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday; 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday; 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

As with any call center environment, our scheduling is based on the needs of our customers, so we continually review our call volume, and hire representatives based on anticipated staffing needs.

All Customer Care Representatives are required to successfully complete an initial two-week “classroom” training, during which you will be provided with the tools necessary to provide exceptional service for our customers. The training, however, does not stop there, as we continue to coach, once you move from the classroom to the call center, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

When recruiting for Customer Care Representatives, we look for highly motivated and energetic individuals, with strong written and verbal communication and computer skills, who have a passion for and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. While certainly not a requirement, we find that many of our best representatives are pet owners too, so are able to better communicate with our customers simply due to their common love of pets. We also look for individuals who are available to work during the schedules for which we are recruiting, and added flexibility is a plus!

To provide exceptional service to each and every customer by providing them with helpful information on products specific to the needs of their pets. Our Customer Care Representatives speak with customers on the telephone, answer customer emails, and handle live web chats as well.
Is the Customer Care Department operated 24/7?
While it is open seven (7) days/week, our Customer Care Department is available to our customers as follows: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. These hours of operation allow us to offer various schedules, based on the needs of our customers.
